Who works on my taxes?

A real, licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience is on the job.

Do I have to take time off work to meet with you to get my taxes done?

No. We have an industry leading app allowing you to remotely drop items to your account – you can even take photos; no more paper docs needed! We can utilize Teams meetings and calls to remotely accomplish many communications.

I need help with my business tax and bookkeeping. What industries do you specialize in?

We have significant experience with various trades contractors and subcontractors (concrete, electricians, plumbers, HVAC, remodelers, ect), hair stylists and salons, investment advisors, insurance sales, real estate agents and investors (landlords), professional consulting providers, and retailers of all kinds

Will you do my business payroll?

Not exactly. We put the power in your hands by helping you get set up with Quickbooks full service payroll. We have found it saves clients significant dollars in payroll preparation fees, saves them time, and keeps the payroll under your control.

Are there tax returns or businesses you don’t work with?

Unfortunately, yes. We do not prepare taxes for nonprofits due to the specialized nature of their filings and we do not prepare Estate returns.

Jason Steinhoff has been a licensed CPA since 2007 and started this company to make the taxpayer experience more manageable for individuals and business owners.

He has worked at a few other CPA firms of varying sizes and took note of what made each successful, but, what also hindered their abilities to grow or stay current with client needs the changing technology landscape.
